This ends a plan that is paid by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. It needs no app and no sign-in — only the e-mail address you gave at the checkout.
Bought on an iPhone? Then Apple holds the subscription and we cannot end it for you: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the iPhone and cancel it there.
The plan ends with the period already paid for — what you have paid for stays yours until then, and nothing further is charged. To end a plan at once for cause, write to us instead: hermes-stakepool@proton.me.
This is your confirmation — please save it. We do not send e-mail, so nothing further arrives. The page answers the same way whether or not a plan is paid with that address, so that nobody can use it to find out who subscribes; if you want it confirmed for your plan specifically, write to us from that address.
It is used once: our server asks Stripe for plans paid with it, sets them to end, and deletes the address in the same step. It is never stored beyond that, and never reaches your tokumai account, which we could not connect to it anyway.
